Exhala,

Let go,

Let go of the stress that overcomes you,

The air that is flooded in your lungs with worry,

Let go the the anxiety that traps your mind in circles,

To set loose the thoughts that compound you to your day,

Relax, recenter, release,

Breathe,

One, two, three, four,

Hold,

Four, five, six, seven,

Bear onto the air filling your chest,

Bring your mind to a state of rest,

Think of something that brings you joy,

Take your mind to a place with clear skies,

Close your eyes,

Count the numbers as you repeat,

One, two, three,

Be reminded of your center, no matter what surrounds you,

Bring in the energy that keeps you going,

Breathe in,

Inhala,

inspirational

I like how calm and composed this feels Rilee, especially with the shift from being overcome by emotion on the first read, and being able to accept and embrace it to clear it on the second. Just checking- “ Let go the the anxiety” might be duplicate word there. Nicely done😊
