Far beyond reason, beyond the climb
Past every season the world has known
Past every seed that was once sown
The stars may fade and oceans dry
Still endlessness will wander by
Worlds may crumble into dust
Still time continues without trust
Infinity holds forgotten years
Lost memories and silent tears
Every heartbeat ever made
Every promise that slowly decayed
People arrive then drift apart
Leaving echoes inside the heart
Moments we thought would always stay
Disappear quietly day by day
Infinity can feel so cold
Watching stories grow old
Watching love begin to break
Watching souls slowly awake
So while we stand beneath these skies
Before another moment dies
Hold the ones who calm your fears
And cherish laughter through the years
Because forever stretches wide
Still life is brief before goodbye
Infinity is a long cruel road
For hearts still carrying love’s heavy load
