In the name of money, we chase our dreams,
Never stop, just working it seems.
For riches untold, our hearts are sold,
But do we ever stop to think, what is our goal?
In the name of money, we strive for more,
Forgetting love, peace, and all that we adore.
We live our lives as if it's all just a game,
But at what cost, is it really worth the fame?
In the name of money, we lose our way,
Our minds are clouded, by what others say.
We forget the things that truly matter,
Like happiness, family, and laughter.
In the name of money, we trade our time,
For possessions, that just clutter and chime.
We work so hard, but what do we gain,
When we can't enjoy, what life has to bring?
In the name of money, we make our choices,
But let's remember, there's more to life than voices.
Let's find balance, in all that we do,
And remember, that money can't buy happiness, it's true.
