while darkened abyss
swirls calculated probabilities in search
of doubt
fears
resolve ebbing away
entry points you can ill afford
so don’t for one second
think about buying
about trying about dying

Look here
Stare
See
the one time it’s not considered creepy
because ain’t this where it happens
where potential energy progresses
to critical velocity
where you become unstoppable
unreachable
a manic force that won’t restrict
to just one strike
an amassed tears tidal wave of you
monstrous nigh impenetrable
garnering collateral damage
a body engulfed by anxiety
desperate to run
and already in idgaf* mode
and about this close
to shove ‘stop drop and roll’
up the nearest ass

Gratitude For Life
The last time I laughed so hard that my belly hurt was ___________ Rupi Kaur's Gratitude Writing Prompts When I was 24 and going to a women's support group we would laugh, I would go home with a sore face and sore sides. Why? I wasn't used to smiling or laughing. After a few months of doing that, I never have a sore face, sides, or belly from laughing as I laugh enough.
