Imagination

An abstract POV:

Lately I’ve been imagining my life transformed.

I’ve been daydreaming and thinking of how my life will be when I finally get to wake up with my little family around me.

The days spent outside in nature; touching trees and staring at the sky.

The chaos, fun, mess, adventure it will be.

Sporadic moments of bliss and discontent arise. We make it through.

Growing stronger and more resilient.

Then

I remember…I’m not imagining this at all,

I’m reminiscing on the parallel universe, the parallel reality that exists, where I already have this thing.

So, you see, it’s less of imagination, and more like reminiscing and getting a preview at the same time.
