I’M A NEW ME ..

Or soon will be

 **

 I once was fat!

Imagine that!

I could barely bend to tie my shoe.

Losing weight too fast

Would never last,

There was one thing left for me to do.

It took four years,

And amazed all my peers,

But the weight began falling off.

Sixty pounds lighter,

My world was brighter,

I could dance without having to cough.

While I know I look fit,

I sit now in a snit!

The doctor says there’s truly no doubt.

Now to my fear –

Is that a tear?

My hair is now falling out.

Alopecia is back.

Full hair, I now lack.

Into my pockets I will have to dig.

Nature has called,

But I refuse to be bald!

Next week I’ll be wearing a wig!!

Nothing to do but laugh!
