If I told you that I loved you
You would probably start to cry
So let me say I care for you
With a care that never dies
So many things that I could say
But sometimes they are best just locked away
β€οΈβπββ€οΈβπβ
If I told you, you are on my mind
Every minute of every day
Would that seem unkind?
I guess what I am trying to say
I will always be there for you
No matter what you do
β€οΈβπββ€οΈβπβΒ
If I told you that you need me now
Would you say all is lost?
Would you let me show you how
Or would that be too much a cost
How do I get through to you
Tell me what I have to do
β€οΈβπββ€οΈβπβ
If I told you that life is unkind
We all have struggles to survive
Would you think I was naΓ―ve or blind?
Iβm just trying to keep your heart alive
If I told you, you can always call
I will always be there when you fall
β€οΈβπββ€οΈβπβ
If I told you, I donβt know what to do
The solution just escapes me
Would you think I was lying to you?
How it will end, weβll have to see
If I told you that I loved you
What exactly would you do?
β€οΈβπββ€οΈβπβ
[A/n: Sometimes the answers to questions might seem so logical to one person but not so logical to the other. This is especially true for love.]
Till next time,
