I am fragments scattered in the wind,

pieces strewn by hands unseen,

lost in the rush, in the hum and din

somewhere in the fray, I lost what I mean.

I am voices layered, soft and loud,

echoes of who I was, who I’m supposed to be,

pressed in the mold, reshaped by the crowd,

yet haunted by whispers that sound like me.

I am threads untangled, knotted tight,

trying to follow the colors that blend,

hoping that one will lead me right

and stitch me whole at the journey’s end.

I am a searcher, a seeker of names,

wandering through faces, familiar yet new,

untangling my fears, unlearning my shame,

to find in the mirror a self that rings true.

I am both loss and something regained,

a voice rising steady above the noise.

Through the chaos, I walk unchained,

collecting the pieces, rewriting my poise.

I am becoming, a mystery revealed,

not just what I’ve been, but what I will be.

With each layer stripped, with each scar healed,

I am finding the heart that’s fully me.
