An Acrostic Distraction

A writer, distracted, by MidJourney

Drafts gather dust and wait for revival,

In the clutch of distraction, a departure's arrival.

Scrolling through doom, where time revolves,

Tales unwritten, as the world dissolves.

Resistance to calls of the written word,

A writer fights, her thoughts unheard.

Caught in a whirl where ideas stagnate,

The muse is silent, as deadlines wait.

In stagnation, procrastination,

Or ever-distracting, always frustration,

Neglecting craft, her quiet declaration.
