Whenever you're near,

my cheeks flush bright,

My heart grows heavy with each glimpse of your light.

Unbeknownst to you,

my longing burns deep

Just as you yearn for her,

I silently keep

I wait for a miracle, hoping it'll arrive,

But each time

disappointment is all I derive.

It's clear you don't love me

I'm painfully aware, Yet still, I'll wait,

despite the despair.

I dream of the day when your love will be mine

Just as it is for her, so pure and divine.

I'll wait for you, my love, endlessly true,

Hoping this time, you'll feel it too.
