A Poem

Like a digital shadow, you lurk in my feed,

Clicking my posts like it’s oxygen you need.

You lurk in the comments, you scroll through my past,

Your devotion to me is truly steadfast.

👀

Every refresh, there you are once again,

My number one stalker, but you won't hit 'add friend'.

You're boosting my traffic, inflating my views,

So here’s my sarcastic but heartfelt “thank you.”

👀

Without your obsession, who knows where I’d be?

You're hiding away hoping no one will see,

But thanks to your lurking, my words get exposure,

You’re turning my posts into viral composure.

👀

So stalk on, dear reader, careful to not hit that heart,

Your fandom’s a masterpiece. Performance art.

I’ll cash in the clicks while you hover and stew,

My success owes a little… ironically… to you.
