I really hope you'll forgive me one day.

You may write a letter, what will you say?

It will take time to let go of your pain.

I know our paths may not cross again.

One day I called you a name, made you cry.

I did not say "sorry," I don't know why.

Our friendship seemed over, what did I do?

I yelled at myself hated me too.

At this moment I feel disgraced, deep shame.

I had no reason to call you a name.

I think of the tears I put on your face

And wndered what your doing in your place.

Last night I heard smene knock on my door.

She asked me what I had been crying for.

I pured out my whole sould and could not lie.

She said "forgive yourself," and then said good-bye.
