Strength is many times calm, hid underneath the surface,

Uncovered exclusively in snapshots of extraordinary need.

Life's difficulties have tried me,

Pushing me to places I never suspected I'd go.

However in those snapshots of uncertainty and depression,

I've found an internal power that shocks me still.

I've endured storms, confronted fears head-on,

Also, arose on the opposite side, not sound,

Be that as it may, more grounded for having persevered.

Each preliminary, each hindrance has turned into a venturing stone,

An illustration in flexibility, a demonstration of my internal strength.

Furthermore, with each new test, I develop more certain,

That regardless of what life tosses my direction,

I'm more grounded than I ever imagined.Strength is in many cases calm, covered underneath the surface,

Furthermore, arose on the opposite side, not solid,

However, more grounded for having persevered.

Each preliminary, each snag has turned into a venturing stone,

An illustration in flexibility, a demonstration of my internal guts.

Also, with each new test, I develop more certain,

That regardless of what life tosses my direction,

I'm more grounded than I at any point envisioned.
