I am my Father's son
My words a verbal gun
My fists damage everyone
When I look in the mirror
I see the man I fear
When I look into my soul
I feel like he is near
I don't like lying
But I can never admit that it's terrifying
That his genes
Are inside of me
It's unhealthy
That I never see
The one who made me
Yet
I am so much like him
A product of his sin
His anger
His rage
His hatred
His ways
They flow through me like water
I don't want to admit
That
I
AM
MY
FATHER'S
SON
