Hunting Down Love

"In the forest of hearts, where shadows loom,

I wander through the twilight's gloom.

Seeking love, elusive and shy,

Beneath the moonlit, star-filled sky.

With every step, the silence breaks,

A whisper of hope in each path I take.

Through tangled woods and winding trails,

I follow the scent where love prevails.

Eyes like embers in the night,

Burning with a distant light.

A glimpse of love, a fleeting trace,

I chase its form, a phantom's grace.

Through the whispers of the trees,

And the rustle of the leaves,

I hear the call, soft and clear,

A siren song that draws me near.

In the stillness of the glade,

Where dreams and reality fade,

I find the place where hearts collide,

Love’s true essence, deep inside.

Yet love is wild, untamed, and free,

Not bound by chains or destiny.

A spirit that cannot be confined,

It dwells in every heart and mind.

So I hunt, not with nets or snares,

But with a heart that truly cares.

For love is found in giving chase,

In every touch, in every embrace.

In the end, it's not the capture,

But the journey and the rapture.

Hunting down love, I find my part,

In the forest of another’s heart."
