Feeling confident isn't something that comes naturally to many of us, but there are plenty of things we can do to feel more confident in our everyday lives, and some of them are small, simple, and absolutely doable. Many of these little adjustments create a feedback loop that tricks us into feeling more confident. And when we feel confident, we are confident.

Speak Positively

Groom yourself

Dress nicely

Be kind and generous

Volunteer

Speak slowly

Stand up straight with your shoulders back

Try to get even slightly better at something

Write down every task you complete

Smile (because you want to)

Exercise

A tidy desk (or room) is a tidy mind

Make your bed when you wake up

Compliment yourself

Make eye contact when you speak to people

Get nice photos taken

Try Speaking to a Stranger

Don't put people down

Don't expose yourself to or create a toxic environment to be in

Arm yourself by becoming articulate

Martial arts are great for confidence

Nutrition

Keep your head held high

Try some breathing exercises

Visualization for confidence

Music for confidence

Accept that failure is part of life

Sleep is vital
