Hope's Beacon

My Beacon of Hope

By Harydo NeonPublished 7 years ago 1 min read

And so I, in my deepest thoughts, doth think

Of the beginning of a lot of thinks and cringe

What about the if and if nots

Knowledge sometimes can make me go nuts

Just when it seems so much to muchly take in

A light shines out of nowhere on a blind man's eyes

And suddenly he sees with his eyes closed

Wait, what exactly doth he thinketh I meaneth?

It was her, certo, Lei

She was a beacon of hope, a hopeful beacon

and still looks back and glances at me

It sends shivers down my hood

Electric charges causes an unknown expansion

Possibly couldn't charge my heart enough

It's too broken to hold an electric charge

Broken heart does not dignify a broken spirit

Or does it?, I sure know my spirit is intact

Wait, here she comes, grinning and smiling

Like I am Batman and she's Harley Quinn

What do I perform as a wade-off art?

Do I just ignore and put off my hardcore mask

What happens next is the future and not a certain

Thus here I must say, I draw the curtain
