it drew me to the water's edge
a voice floating in the mist
standing on salvations ledge
tracing the marks upon my wrists
it seemed to know where I was going
I knew it saw where I had been
in a vision clearly showing
a list exposing every sin
as I considered diving in the water
letting the darkness drag me down
it spoke to me and said, "my daughter"
"did you forget, you wear a crown?"
as I gazed down, I saw my image
standing proudly, unashamed
I could see love had no limit
as he called me by my name
when I looked up, the sun was shining
the air was clear and full of sound
and I knew somehow, where I was standing
was my own sacred, holy ground
