Falling for Holly

The first time I saw her smile

It planted my feet

Where they were in that moment

Every day

I visit the garden growing there

In every direction

She is an endless supply of

Light and water being absorbed

When it's winter

Still evergreen trees orb

Best of all is listening to

The wind whispering through the war

The river rushing by

Rendering rocks raw and worn

The birds blissfully singing

About being born

They echo each of our essences

In this life into one law

In her smile we merged into one song

It was getting late

I had waited, suffering so long

For now, physically, this garden is

Only my own

But the law and

The lyrics of our song

Can't lie and

They say she is already mine

I don't need to worry

In time she will visit

Our garden everyday

Once she listens to the rain

The overcast she claims

Her heart yearns for

Day by day
