Hidden Flame

Hidden lover, my secret.

Hidden Flame

Your name still lingers,

soft as a warm trace,

pulling me backwards,

through all we shared.

Our nights stayed locked,

far from the world’s eyes,

a flame kept steady,

by what we could not say.

Even now it glows,

quiet in my thoughts,

the secret you gave me,

still calling me home.

The hours were delicate,

shaped by stolen breaths,

moments leaning gently,

into our hidden truth.

I never forgot you,

your whisper on my neck,

your hands closing softly,

around my wandering heart.

Time moved forward,

yet the flame stayed true,

shining in places,

only we understand.
