Hey There, Moon

sometimes when I wake up in the middle of the night

I find you sitting in my room and I know that everything‘s all right

you wash away the shadows and you permeate my dreams

I guess this infatuation is what true love really means

so, I pull away the curtains to get a better view

I’m surprised how every time my breath belongs to you

so, please, keep shining on me, baby

wear that ring that proves you’re mine

and even when the sky is hazy

and the nighttime hours fly

I’ll feel you’re always with me

even in the sun or rain

cause this pull that you have on me

makes my crazy sane
