hearts harmony

in quiet stillness we find

the wise one sits

in silence,

to listen and discern.

knowing that wisdom

comes from within,

and from the world around,

as the earth

and the trees

and the land

speak in languages

only the heart can hear.

patience is earned through stillness

and quiet observation.

we develop our intuition

by being attuned

to our own soul.

whole worlds emerge

as we practice the art

of being.

we come to see more

than the eyes

could ever witness,

as visions beyond

the borders

of our conditioned minds

can now be perceived

as reality.

to be awake

to the mystery

is paradoxical

and full of humility.

we know

that we do not know,

and we accept

the unanswered questions as fuel

for further integration.

we live in a time when the mind

is honoured

as the all knowing,

yet the wise one knows

it is the heart and soul that are sowing

the most fruitful seeds.

and so it shall be.

one heart. one love.

what is done for the one

is done for the whole.

and we keep living

alive and well

within the great mystery.

we garner truth

from places only accessible

to the most quiet and still mind,

gently tuned

to the heart and soul.
