With open hearts and minds so great,

Let's take a pledge to elevate,

Our health and wellbeing, not to negate.

Wash your hands, don't hesitate,

Sanitize frequently, don't wait,

Eat healthy food, don't overate,

Exercise regularly, don't abdicate.

Let's break the chain of disease,

By following simple policies,

Wear a mask, don't spread unease,

Maintain distance, don't displease.

Let's be responsible, let's be kind,

To ourselves and those we find,

Let's keep our health in mind,

And leave all our worries behind.
