Aerial antics; shaken white tail feather cascading aesthetics

Relays to tumbled leaves, herbed and spiced, hints of chai

Magenta backdrop faded, goldens elusive; magick in static

Outlier squirrel rampage, toggling trash binned critter stimuli

Niblets scattered, half chewed, spoiled, trail an unknown location

Indigo evenings; moonless sky, a moody cedar creaking patio

Canvas painted with jagged strokes between bloom and storm

Itchy prone skin's thirst, robed with a chunky woolly sweater

Systemic inhale, paused; exhaling condensation- it is not vanilla

Turned down, tucked in; lullabies from a pane tapping peeling birch

Author's note: For this challenge, I chose the Double Acrostic, also known as a Shadow Poem. Easy? No, but an ideal exercise to get the ol noggin churning. 😊
