Take a seed of me and spread it around for the world to see

Take a seed of me and drop it amongst the drying weeds

Take a seed of me to let it be

Take a seed of me and let the wind reclaim it as its dutiful passenger

Take a seed of me to keep one less species from extinction

Take a seed of me and be free from burden

Take a seed of me to feed the rich dirt

In time the thirst for my seed will draw the porous mouths to feast

Take a seed of me and evolve the need

Take a seed of me to replant the sown plain

Take a seed of me and hold warm palms to the cerulean

What was the seed to do by its lonesome anyway?
