The crow agrees from up above.
While watching every silly spree.

The black cat waits with quiet pride.
Pretending not to be impressed.
Yet every time you flash that grin.
He looks amused just like the rest.

The morning sun begins to glow.
The trees awake in golden light.
Another day has come to dance.
And chase away the fading night.

You never fail to raise a smile.
No matter what the world may bring.
A happy heart can lift the soul.
Far more than any precious thing.
