Golden Platinum White

by Natasha Israil

By Tasha SaundersPublished 3 years ago 1 min read

Laundry day can make my soul sing

I am unusually grateful for everyday things

The sunlight drenched white sheet, upon the washing line

Silver gold and white flashes in my eyes, an optical illusion?

It could be a magical cloak, Or a pair of angel wings

Who knows? The have been sightings of stranger things

Golden Platinum White

The light in my eyes so bright

I can smell this colour has a sweet perfume

I can hear its light in a darkened room

All of my senses infused, with golden platinum white light

You are my colour divine

You are still there when I close my eyes.
