As the day draws to a close

The sky is set ablaze with fiery hues

Of oranges, pinks, and golden glows

A breathtaking sight for me to muse

The sun dips down below the horizon

Casting a warm and gentle light

A peacefulness descends upon

As nature bids the day goodnight

The clouds turn into a canvas

A masterpiece painted by the sun

Each stroke of color, so lavish

A wondrous sight for everyone

As the darkness falls and stars emerge

The beauty of the sunset lingers on

A memory I'll forever preserve

Of a moment where nature's beauty shone

So let us take a moment to pause

And appreciate this daily wonder

For the sunset is nature's grand applause

A spectacle we'll never tire of, I ponder.
