Glorious Night So Bright

So black, so blue,

a sky delicate in hue.

Wonderous and endless,

full of stars so limitless.

So dark yet so bright,

you have entities who shine so bright.

Whether the stars be souls or planets divine,

Your very nature is a lovely design.

You're an inspiration to many,

the creatures you keep are plenty.

They make their way into the night,

despite your luminous figures so bright.

The center of attention is something so round,

he makes a gem of himself, standing so profound.

This time of nature is so silent,

but it's rather quite the environment.

I consider myself to be a night owl,

I'd rather not miss it.

To lay on shore atop a towel,

staring at the stars and moon.

A romantic sight no less,

but when alone so peaceful does he bless.

He blesses me with his light and glow,

to which makes my best features show.

Oh wonderous night how can it be?

For so many to miss out on thee?
