Glass House

There's danger living in your glass house...

There's danger living in your glass house.
It's not the ornaments, the help, nor the mouse.
The danger that resides in your glass house,
Is a danger far greater than that of course.
The danger in your glass house, is that of a rotting corpse.

Where the youth are too frail,
And the old never bail.
This glass house is forever admired.
But never actually desired.
You see the thing is - it takes special people to believe.
Believe in a system that was built to theive.

A system where wealth is king,
And in order to stand out you should have bling.
It's a frivolous concept really, this need for things.
Can't we all just be humans with a kin?

In order to grow,
We need to let go.
Let go of the concepts we used to know.
It's time to break the status quo.
It's time we stopped putting on a show!

About the Creator

Angelica Thomas

I'm a realist and a dreamer;

An emotional thinker.

I am a homebody that embarks on adventure.

Someone who likes to see the treasure,

as we were all made to measure.

So embark from the start,

I've got stories to impart!
