Simple measure of reflection off the ocean from the moon

Gives a painted picture threw the gloom

Of settling resemblance of mother natures beauty

To partake in viewing are duty

To see and adventure into the unknown

For it doesn't take the reality away from just looking at your phone

It's a since of happiness to endorse threw shape and sight

Some can feel the recollection of the glare at night

For looking up we dare to imagine the universe

Far from the grounded place we call earth

For some witnesses saw a star shine while at birth

Brighter then anything to know it's worth

But to hold the giving truth of life in the light

We bare witness are almighty fight

To stagger along the giving road to wear we lead

To find a place to belong and feed

Off the land of remembered souls and bravery

To the shackled of minds of slavery

To the planted seeds that grew into shape

We define what's nestled together with duck tape

To proclaim what we are drawn out to be

We may face backlash but we where giving strength passed on threw out our eternity

To put forth are dreams to make what we hope for

Some keep it closed some walk out the door

For the light keeps shining even in the darkest of days

For we only remember are own unique ways

To look back and finish what we started to pursue

For the hands we face and hold are the clue

To the great present that we still breath today

That mantle with the burning candle will still lay

In the window for all to see

Face your fear be who you wanna be
