Ghost Completion

verse 1

By Forest GreenPublished 3 months ago • 1 min read

You look like a glitch in the Matrix, a 404 page,

Talking 'bout your legacy? Man, turn the damn page.

You’re a half-baked thought on a crumpled-up paper,

A trial-run human, a discount-bin caper.

They look for your climax, but the credits just roll,

You’re a progress bar stuck right at ninety percent whole.

Yeah, "No Completion"—that’s stamped on your ID,

You couldn’t finish a sandwich, let alone fight me!

You’re an unfinished sentence, a broken-off hook,

The guy who leaves half of his words in the book.

Your whole life’s a demo, you never dropped the LP,

I’m spitting full albums, you’re stuck on track three
