Full Moon Inspired Poem

The full moon shines so bright and bold,

Illuminating the night, young and old.

A dream I had, so strange and wild,

With creatures running, jumping and filed.

The sky was purple, the grass was blue,

And the trees were talking, it was all new.

I saw a dragon with wings so grand,

Soaring through the sky, making a stand.

I met a unicorn with a shimmering horn,

Leading me through a path so worn.

I heard the whispers of a mermaid's song,

In the lake so still, where she belong.

The dream was so real, I couldn't believe it,

The magic and wonder I did receive.

And as I woke up, I sighed with a smile,

Hoping one day, I'll see that crazy isle.
