From my heart, these words pour out
Like a river, they flow without a doubt
From my heart, love springs forth
Like a blooming flower in the north
It fills me up, a feeling so pure
A treasure that I will always adore
My pain seeps out
A reminder of what life is all about
From my heart, these words I send
To the universe, may they transcend
May they touch someone's soul
And bring them closer to their goal
This is basically a poem I wrote a few months ago (I guess it was last year). I actually wrote it for a competition at my school, and I'm happy to say I won 1st place! :D so hope ya'll liked my poem! I know it's kinda short, but look on the bright side—at least it's really thoughtful!
