From Hell to Graceland

Peace in my valley

ME

Hardest thing in life to do is mourn people who are dead to you but yet still alive. It’s like two worlds but they can’t collide.

Walking away from all their lies. Trying to find God in the mist of the whys. Nobody knows all the trouble I’ve seen. Nobody knows all the sorrow. People can only see as far as they can see them self. Projecting their life on to you. The hardest thing in life to do is walk away from people you once knew. It would be unintelligent to stay where I once played.

Throwing dirt on all these graves, sometimes you really can’t stay. You have to walk away. It’s hard to mourn people who are still alive but yet in your world they had to die. It’s okay to cry. Happier days are on the other side, once you let the old days die.

Becoming ME after the storm of my life was hard indeed. Letting Kallie Killian go and taking the seed of my new life. The old days are gone indefinitely. Happier days await with my Elvis, who I’m glad has me. Now I’m ME for all to see. My God has me. My husband indeed.

I once took a 23 and me and found out I was an orphan and after 30 years of living one life, I found out it was all a lie. Thankful for the Bible and the renewing of my mind, God adopted me and now all that’s matters is focusing on my husband and children, because the life we are living together is the truth. Grateful to be ME.
