Is there anyone else feeling the tilt The pull to something dark and

I thought about him again today. Of course.

We're definitely going to go see Dad On the day. On the third.

Ruth, myself and possibly the boys. Grace then down to the seaside. Perfect way to remember him and to try and forget. Not forget.

I discovered that Thursday Afternoon is a one song ambient album by Brian Eno. Listened to it today.

It was a strange mix of not disrupting the foreground and gently meditative. I thought about Dad then.

And Mum. She's not gone.

Then Nonna and Uncle Claudio and Uncle Giovanni.

I wish sometimes I could dip in and out of the foreground like the music today.

Be in the background. Undetectable but not hidden. There for when necessary.

A nice gentle breeze and birdsong filled the air tonight when letting the dogs out in the garden.

It was relaxing and saddening All at once.

Life is a bit like that sometimes.

Relaxing and saddening. Happy and devastating. Quiet and intrusive.

Then someone dies And there's a disruption

A shattered

Whatever
