Until The Body Breaks

Frequency

Eyes down, teeth clenched. Grinding bones like flour.

Hmmmm.

Like a choir of drumming bees, bursting out of a cocoon.

Hmmmm.

A drone floating above pastures high.

Hmmmmmmm.

Metal cutlery shakes. Vibrating tuning tongues.

HMMMMMMMMM.

Cannot eat, cannot think, cannot live.

Pulsing blood through veins, it quivers.

Higher, higher, higher frequency… until.

All is still. All is calm.

Da dum, da dum, da dum. The heart, it beats again.

SSSSSHHHH.

Louder, it shakes, it pulsates, breaking all my barriers.

I cannot eat, think, or live. I am frozen.

BZZZZZZZ.

BZZZZZZZ.

BZZZZZZZ.

Will. This. Ever. STOP?

As though a thousand flock of bird’s screech,

Feeling motion in the core.

Coils its wire round, round until it can’t no more.

HMMMM.

HMMMMM.

HMMMMMMM.

Bones break like hard clay.

Lying, vibrated on the floor,

Earth below gulps trembling then shakes.
