Free spelled F R double E

Emancipated, segregated, shot and then investigated

What does it mean to be free?

Slave to jobs that repalce us in a week

To fears that make courage blind

To anxieties that make me leave success behind

To pleasures of the flesh tender yet bittersweet

And yet as a black man I still feel FREE

FREEDOM is a mindset not just a physical state

People who don't come from a history of bondage can never relate

Free the mind and the rest follows that's the God inside

Because Hell on Earth is the biggest lie

Life should be heaven you shouldn't have to die to get it

FREEDOM, Hell and Heaven coexist

But FREEDOM doesn't protect from the bad in life

Some days my body doesn't feel like a vessel

But a hollowed shell exiting heaven and manifesting hell

FREEDOM allows me the choices that really matter and we should all consider

FREEDOM is the power to destroy or build

FREEDOM is the power to love or kill

Free spelled FR double E

A place in my mind, Earth, and heaven

That is where you'll find me
