Burn The Witch: My twenty-sixth dark poem in the series inspired by Dharrsheena.

This is my twenty-sixth dark poem in the series inspired by Dharrsheena, though it is leaning towards historical horror rather than darkness

A sonnet on the murder of a good, caring woman

The music I have chosen is Radiohead's "Burn The Witch" from "Moon Shaped Pool"

☠️🖤💀🖤🧙‍♀️🖤🔥🖤☠️

Fire Will Burn You, Blister Your Skin

Cook Your Flesh And Blacken Your Bones

You Are Nothing But Burnt Kindling

Excruciating Pain, Life's Gone

🔥

Burnt At The Stake For Heresy

Ducking Stool Decided Your Fate

The Flames Creep Up, Burning Your Eyes

The Fire Consumes You, Hell Awaits

🔥

From The Stake To The Pit, You’ll Go

Burned For Crime You Never Could Know

They Called You A Witch, That Was True

You Only Did Good, That They Knew

🔥

They Hated Your Truth, Lit Their Fire

And You Were Burnt For Their Desire
