Find Inner Peace

A Poem of Reflection and Serenity

In a world of noise and endless rush,

We often forget the simple hush,

The stillness that lies within our hearts,

That sets us free from life's many darts.

We search for peace in all we do,

In possessions and in people too,

But true peace can never be found,

In the things that swirl all around.

For peace is not a thing we buy,

Or something that just passes by,

It's a state of mind that we create,

In the silence of our hearts that wait.

So close your eyes and take a breath,

And let the world fade into nothingness,

Focus on the present, the peace within,

And find the solace that will always win.

For in the stillness of your mind,

You'll find the strength and peace you need,

And in the quiet moments, you'll find,

A life that's full, serene, and free.

So seek the peace that lies within,

And find the solace that's yours to win,

For in the stillness you will find,

The happiness that you have been trying to bind.

So listen to your heart's soft voice,

And let the peace you seek rejoice,

For in the stillness you will find,

A life that's calm, serene, and divine.

So find your way to inner peace,

And let the world fade away,

For in the stillness you will find,

A life that's bright, calm, and gay.
