Dregs-and-crumbs-graspers

while willpower and genuine pleasure

solicit dust

in sequestered file cabinets controlled by management

monitored by economic watchdogs

driven toward systematic greed via governance

What a world to be proud of

Shame

deign not even lift heavy head

to glance the likes of us

Unworthiness never our birthright

One earth dismissed

How strong are we to shout

“Enough already”

Take back authority
