Fell

falling...

it was the moment

you made me shiver

i felt it deep inside

every nerve every fibre

on point and on fire

screaming laughing crying

the pure essence

of hopes and dreams

ripples of pleasure

crawl across goosebumped skin

i touched your hunger

i fell in lust;

i felt your heat

and i fell in lust

if it were only pleasures of the flesh

then perhaps i wouldn't care

but i do, i did

and now ...

the little voice

in my head

is telling me

i'm not sure

if we'd be good

for each other

that's a pretty shit reason

not to try

clips my wings now then

don’t let me fly

don't let me anywhere

near that sky

it’s been so long

i’ve been so wrong

i got caught in the words

of an old lost song

i fell in lust

i fell in two

i fell into me

and then

i fell for you
