Fast Friends

From black is evil

To white is good-

All our troubles flow.

For truth be told,

It is not true-

Only bigots would say so.

Truth is that,

They are fast friends.

Or twins

Delighted

In being all that we know.

Through opposition grows.

The potential expressions

Are friends:

Orange, blue,

Red, green, purple, and

Yellow.

All the possibilities,

We can see:

Pigments tied in a bow.

For in the end,

The colours have lives,

When not making up

All that we see.

When not producing

The world around,

Colours play, and feel,

And sing!

Opposites express connection:

Black/ White/ Colour,

Through tones, shades, and hues.

As Colour is Us,

Not belief, thought, or word

Its Truth

We will

Embody,

Someday.
