She Who Brings the Dawn
With colors brushed in hues of dreams.
Rests underneath the boundless sky,
A canvas for the first gleams of our love.
She enjoys the tender dance of light.
Her laughter was a melody, pure and bright.
as she blushes under the tender kiss of dawn,
the only warmth that guides when I am lost and withdrawn.
She is the compass of my wandering heart.
the comfort in my darkest night,
banishing shadows with a gentle touch,
Like stars that turn the dark to light.
No love embraces like hers.
No comfort holds so tight,
No whisper comforts my soul
Like her quiet words at night.
And so tonight I'll write this verse in wonder at her.
No words can capture her radiant grace.
No rhyme can offer to fully trace the depth of love.
Yet still my heart's devotion won't erase.
Though language falters in her angelic light,
My love will not, for her, wane. For in her arms, I find my peace. And in her smile, I live again.
