The trees stand tall and proud,

A world of green, a peaceful shroud,
A place where life can thrive.
The forest is a sacred place,
A refuge for creatures big and small,
A home for all the human race,
A wonderland for one and all.
The rustling leaves, the gentle breeze,
The sunlight filtering through the trees,
A symphony of sounds and sights,
A wonderland of pure delight.
On this Day of Forests, let us remember,
The beauty of these majestic lands,
And let us vow to always endeavor,
To protect them with our hearts and hands.
For if we lose these precious places,
What will be left for future faces?
So let us cherish, let us preserve,
These forests that we all deserve.
