“Resting”
“Eventually”
At certain times I dream of rest
Maybe riding in a car
Being with you is never hard
I like to spend my days on a quest
Or maybe just with you we could go,
Stop n’ see the local nook
Play some chess or read a book
We can go and enjoy the town
Go around and make no sound
Maybe gain a pound n’ dance around
In the morn’ grab some chai
Try a new look or stay for par
Catch a fish down at Del Mar
Hop a bar and grab a car
Let’s travel far and see it all
Help us heal our inner scar
Rest is with you essentially
I just hope it’s not far for eventually
