Eternal beauty was in the sunshine that bears her name.

A scent of a rose that she carried in shame.

I painted her whispers on the door where she came.

When she left me there, all I could feel is the rain.

Washing over my face to hide the teardrops of pain.

I could feel in my heart I would never be the same. Eternal beauty in the sunshine that bears her name.

A touch of sunlight faded, never to shine again.
