gentle touch
quiet space
hearts beating
together

soul synchronized
into a moment
splitting dimensions
ethereal
granted
written
but no more
blotted out
what happens
when one heart
stays
and the other
leaves
one soul
cries
and the other
flies
only the One
who scattered
the stars
across the sky
and lit the moon
with the sun
knows.
