Epidural or no Epidural? That is the question.

Whether nobler for the pelvis to suffer,

the whips of contractions,

or deliver in isolated euphoria?

To oppose one or the other,

Perhaps death of the host is preferred.

For the loving parasite must be salvaged.

The mortal coil is too tangled.

Writhing in utmost agony.

Yes, sleep... death is a relieving option.

For nine, long months, the physical shell is warped.

Broken down to be created in design.

This calls for great respect.

As only a certain few can truly endure either path.

When a new life commences entry,

Only the bearer of unspeakable trauma can judge…

What is ideal for undisputable survival.

No peddler or stranger can provide a thought,

For they possess no inkling of the damage

Now and thereafter.

With this regard,

The question will deny any foreign belief

And morph along existing circumstance.
