Entering the Autumn practice !

Autumn, You are the beauty for the eyes red yellow orange brown

all colors seem like divine tones in green leaves I dive in

smelling roses that aroma Opens my heart each time I put my nose in them

like a child who wants to take the smell inside of my body and brain!

Oh Autumn You love October so much I wonder why?

A season of transition a change a transformation in the mind body and brain!

Everything with time becomes Peace and feels all right!

Nature slows down

in the colorful landscapes

that evoke the beauty of each tone united in the warmness of each vivid color

life of a visual charm for the eyes to admire

wind with rainy fire colorful pallet make You smile from the inside to the Moon sky stars and daily clouds!

I recorded it in the afternoon after passing of someone whom I truly deeply was connected wth and healed many times in a tragical state tortured by another human

I know that without Open heart and mind and free mind You will not be able to heal but only judge so dont waste Your time in life to be angry to do things that wont ever change and people who will not change but Tap Into Your open Heart and heal from the human abuse and violence and war and all bad news remove all bad information Your Heart and mind Unite as One with the whole of the being of Yours to be truly free !

and Heal naturally its a part of the being of each of us! next to the consciousness and it is our Heart our Life!

and practice that Opens up ! a new discovery a new land ! and when needed just calm down !
